Your Local, Family-Run Cleaning & Painting Professionals

Squeegee Squad Southeast Minnesota and The Paint Squad are locally owned, family-operated businesses proudly serving Rochester and communities throughout Southeast Minnesota. Owned and operated by Cory Simonson, we are committed to delivering dependable service with the personal attention you expect from a true local, family-owned company.

Through Squeegee Squad, we deliver residential and commercial window cleaning, gutter cleaning, pressure washing, soft washing, concrete cleaning and sealing, and professional holiday-lighting installation.

Through The Paint Squad, we provide complete interior and exterior painting for homes and businesses. Whether refreshing a single room or completing a full repaint, our team prioritizes thorough preparation, high-quality materials, clean workmanship, and finishes engineered to withstand Minnesota’s demanding climate.

No matter the project—cleaning windows on a family home, maintaining a commercial property, or transforming a space with fresh paint—every job receives the same careful attention to detail. We arrive fully equipped, work safely and efficiently, respect your time, communicate clearly, and treat your property as if it were our own.

Our goal has never been to be the cheapest option. It is to deliver dependable, high-quality results and an outstanding customer experience from the first estimate through final walkthrough.

Giving back is part of who we are. Our family is actively involved with childhood-cancer organizations and remains committed to supporting children and families facing cancer. We’re grateful that running local businesses allows us to serve both our customers and our community.

When you choose Squeegee Squad Southeast Minnesota or The Paint Squad, you’re partnering with a local family that takes pride in doing the job right.
